Very cute and trendy tavern. Food was really good and the portions were nice size. Friendly staff, very welcoming.
It is a classic place located in downtown Portland. Usually we get drinks here, but this time we wanted to get some food for lunch. We got the Riley Grinder and Smashed Burger to share. The food came out pretty quick, and our waiter was attentive. The pepperoncini gave it that lil zing to the sandwich.
great lil spot to chill and hang out with friends! plenty of seating, alcohol, and games to go around! more people after sunset but it was cool to have the basement to ourselves and play billiards and darts and shuffleboard !! friendly service tooo
I stay at the Hampton a block away. I wish I found this spot a long time ago. I had two shots and a quesadilla $26 wow. It was delicious, they were super nice. I will 100% be back.
I grew up in a town full of taverns, so places like this can feel like home. Friendly bartender/server; good burger on brioche bun with fries. (The fries weren't hand-cut, but you can't have it all!) Enjoyable experience in a booth by the window overlooking NW 10th in the Pearl.
Went to life of Riley tavern on a Thursday night with some coworkers right at 7:00 pm when the game room open. We played pool for about an hour and then grabbed a booth and some food for another hour. The beer and drinks were excellently priced ($6 a beer) and the pool was fun. I order the grinder sandwich and really enjoyed it. It came with a generous portion of tater tots. I would recommend getting here early for a pool table as it seemed a lot of people waiting for a pool or shuffle board table
